Thursday collections made Wednesday; Friday collections made Thursday
The city's 2026 holiday notice for Friday, Dec. 25 says Monday and Tuesday collections remain the same, Thursday collections are made on Wednesday, and Friday collections are made on Thursday. Brush sites are closed.
Collections do not occur on the listed weekday holidays. The adjusted collection day is one day earlier or one day later, and the zone calendar shows the change.
The zone calendars cover trash and recycling. Brush sites are closed on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
