No collection Thursday; rest of the week one day later
Applying the city's rule to Thursday, Nov. 26: no collection that day and collection is delayed one day for the rest of the week, so Friday collection falls on Saturday, Nov. 28.
Waste Pro provides no collection on six holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. A weekday holiday delays collection one day for the rest of that week. Weekend holidays do not change the schedule.
The holiday page does not name a year or break out garbage, recycling, horticulture and bulk services.
Phone: (239) 574-0401 (city, weekdays 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Find your own collection day: city lookup.
