No collection Friday; next scheduled day
No collection on Friday, Dec. 25. The city's December 2024 notice said there would be no curbside garbage, recycling or out-of-cart services on Christmas Day and regular service resumes on each household's next normal pickup day. No 2026 notice was found.
The page says solid waste collection will not occur on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a collection day, services are provided on the next scheduled collection day unless notified otherwise.
Garbage is collected twice a week, recycling once a week and out-of-cart items (bulk, bagged leaves and grass, yard and woody waste) once a week. The page lists no 2026 holiday schedule.
